Are You a Compulsive Eater?
Take the Quiz and See...

Are you a compulsive eater?
Do you have a negative body image even if you are normal weight?

Those of us who are compulsive overeaters...or have a negative body image at any size have a lot in common: shame and self-hatred. But you can heal your relationship to food, eating and your body.

Take the quiz below to see if you eat compulsively. You may overeat for emotional reasons, or have a negative body image, even if you are not overweight, like I did. You don't have to be overweight to feel fat.

How often do you think the following thoughts? Make note of all that apply to you and submit the form for a personal evaluation if you desire.
(All information is confidential, of course, and we never share our mailing list.)

If you have three or more of these thoughts about yourself, your body or your size, you are overly preoccupied with weight and body image, and it is probably keeping you from enjoying your life to the fullest and living the life you want. This preoccupation can become time-consuming and all-encompassing, but there is a way out.
