It did to me too, at first. But the more I practiced the LYT system, the easier it was. Once you know the LYT system, you will never go back to dieting again. If you find yourself eating more, and your weight fluctuates, you will look to see what's going on INSIDE you, and practice the LYT system. Ultimately, you will be able to eat the foods you love and stay at your ideal weight. Q: "Won't I just go crazy and eat everything in sight?"A: If you were holding a pendulum far to one side, and let it go, it would swing wildly to the other side before eventually coming into its normal swing according to gravity.
