Meet Patricia Bacall

Hello from Patricia...

Since I am telling you about how I have lost weight and kept it off by healing the underlying emotions and the cause of overeating, I thought you'd like to know a little bit more about me personally.

This is a shot of my boyfriend Michael and I in Loreto, Baja California. The animals are not actually there with us, they were added later. We used this for our Holiday card last year.

This is me with my dog Boomer, hiking in the Santa Monica mountains. I like to get out into nature as often as I can. We walk everyday around the 'hood, and also I run the dog while riding my Xootr, a kick scooter.
