How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off!
Losing weight and keeping it off requires commitment on your part. Not that you have not been putting in a lot of hard work and effort in the past! But if it hasn't worked for you, you need a different strategy... I'm sure you've heard the definition of insanity: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and each time, expecting different results." But if you jump right back on the diet merry-go-round with every new plan that offers quick, easy weight loss, you are fooling yourself. It just doesn't work that way, and deep down you know it! Let's be honest...if you are eating more than your body requires for your daily activities, you will store the extra input as fat. If you do that consistently, you will carry extra weight. Consistency is the key here...if you CONSISTENTLY eat a little less than your body requires, you will lose weight. By remaining constant, you will keep it off. But, how do you know what your body requires if you feel hungry all the time? By learning to distinguish real from phantom hunger. There could be an emotional component to the feeling that is going on for you, and if so, learn to take action to solve that feeling, rather than use food as an all-purpose solution to cure any feeling that arises.
