Holding 5 pound weights, alternate sliding the weight down the outside of your thigh, bending sideways, not forward or back, but go as far as you can. Do this at least 5 times to each side, with your goal being 10 times. Twists
Holding 5 pound weights with your arms bent, slowly turn as far as you can to your right. Return to center. Slowly turn to your left. Do this at least 5 times to each side, with your goal being 10 times.
